Juan Du, an outstanding contemporary painter and calligrapher, currently serves as a painter at the Shanghai Minjian Painting and Calligraphy Institute, painter at the Shanghai Tangbai Seal Engraving Society, and also as the deputy director of the Yangzhou School of Painting and Calligraphy Academy. Her profound skills and remarkable achievements in painting and calligraphy have gained her widespread recognition. Over a decade ago, Juan Du emerged in the art world with her "Collection of Juan Du's Paintings and Calligraphy" and "China Post Postcards." In 2013, the Shanghai Xinmin Newspaper comprehensively reported on her remarkable contributions in landscape painting, low-key philanthropy, and leadership in art trendsetting, remarking her as “aristocracy of talent”.  Her works are precise and vivid, with rich colors and lustrous ink, inheriting the essence of tradition while showcasing unique innovations.

 

Juan Du's painting and calligraphy are highly recognized in the Chinese painting and calligraphy world. Her works have won numerous awards in municipal, provincial, and national exhibitions, and are deeply loved by collectors. Her landscape paintings are collected by the Buddhist holy site "Zhiye Temple" in Songjiang District, Shanghai, and were even collected by the Thai royal family and presented to Thai Princess this May, marking a higher level in her artistic achievements.

Apart from her brilliant artistic achievements, Juan Du is also passionate about public welfare, always caring for students and the elderly. She has donated over 30 paintings and calligraphy as well as hundreds of thousands of cash to charity, dedicated to improving the learning environment for impoverished students in poverty areas. She believes that the power of the spirit can be passed down, and under her influence, her daughter not only excels in her studies but also joins the ranks of public welfare volunteers, working together to promote education. 杜鹃 ： 1958年生于上海.现为上海民建书画院画师，棠柏苑书画院画师、风墨轩书画社画师、杨州书画院特聘山水画创造室主任。
        杜老师主攻工笔、花鸟、人物、走兽、书法，尤其擅长山水国画，曾参加全国山水画作品入选获奖，扬州八怪首届获得奖项，多次入选名家书画集选，中华书报多次刊登发表杜鹃作品，上海新民晚报刊登记者采访。
         高式熊老先生为《杜鹃书画集》题写，称赞杜鹃极具备艺术天赋。杜鹃平时奔走于沪上各式大小画展，吸取众师之长，不停走游山山水水艰辛的跋山涉水写生，挤身到大自然中感悟天地之灵，不断丰富自己的艺术学养拓展了胸中丘壑。天赋、韧性、悟性、加上广收取，清新、灵动的水墨韵律美是其山水画特点，浑莽、流动、大气是杜鹃山水画重大特色。

 

杜鹃，作为当代杰出的书画家，现任上海民建书画院画师、上海棠柏印社画师，并担任扬州画派书画院副院长。她的书画技艺深厚，造诣非凡。十余年前，杜鹃已凭借《杜鹃书画集》及《中国邮政明信片》在艺术界崭露头角。2013年，上海《新民晚报》以“世家”才女之誉，全面报道了她在山水画创作、低调捐赠及艺术潮流引领方面的卓越贡献。她的作品精准生动，色彩富丽，墨色华滋，既承传统之精髓，又展独特之创新。

 

杜鹃的书画艺术在中国书画界广受赞誉。其作品多次在全国及省市级展览中获奖，并深受藏家喜爱。她的山水画作被上海市松江区佛教圣地“知也禅寺”收藏，更在今年五月被泰国皇家收藏，并被赠予泰国公主，这标志着她的艺术成就达到了新的高度。
